How to Donate Escape from the Fire relies heavily on the generous donations from individuals in order to see its powerful and moving message reach an audience. Any size donation will be graciously and humbly accepted. There are several levels of monetary contributions. Up to $200.......Supporter $201-$500........Patron $501-$1,000......Associate $1,001-$5,000....Benefactor $5,001-$10,000...Founder Other............Executive Producer There are several options in which to choose when donating to ESCAPE FROM THE FIRE Film Fund: OPTION 1: THE TAX DEDUCTIBLE GIFT To make it easier for those who kindly decide to financially support the film, we have made all donations tax- deductible. To receive a tax deduction, you may make a charitable contribution to Public Media, Inc. Public Media has agreed to act as an official fiscal sponsor of the film. In turn, Public Media will immediately transfer funds to the Escape from the Fire Film Fund. Public Media, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization at the federal and state level, based in New York City. All funds donated will be considered a charitable contribution and are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. As a donor, you will receive an official letter confirming your donation. Suite 2410 330 W. 42nd St. NY, NY 10036 Be sure to include the following information with your donation: Your Name Your Address The Name of the Project (ESCAPE FROM THE FIRE) The Name of the Director (JOEL DUNN) Providing this information will ensure that Public Media will be able to send you a confirmation letter for tax purposes and transfer your donation into the correct account. Without these items Public Media will be unable to process your contribution. Once we receive all of the appropriate information for your tax-deductible gift, we will bring it to Public Media for approval. OPTION 2: THE PERSONAL DONATION Personal donations to the ESCAPE FROM THE FIRE film fund are always welcome and greatly appreciated. Please make check payable to: Theory Films, Inc. A letter confirming receipt of your donation upon arrival. 2. An appropriate screen credit and special thanks at the end of the film. 3. A VHS or DVD copy of the completed film. 4. Updated information and invitations to special screenings/events. Contributors in the “Benefactor” through “Executive Producer” levels will also receive a monthly progress report on the film’s progression from preproduction through distribution.
